We believe...

. . . the Bible is the inspired Word of God (II Timothy 3:16), that it changes lives (Hebrews 4:12), and that it leads us to salvation (Romans 1:16; II Timothy 3:15).

. . . Jesus Christ is absolute deity (Colossians 2:9; John 1:1, 14, 8:58, 14:7, 19:7; Philippians 2:5-7), the one and only Son of God (Matthew 16:16; John 3:16) and the one and only way to heaven (John 14:6; Acts 4:12) who died for our sins and rose from the dead for our hope (I Corinthians 15:1-8; John 20:1-31; I Peter 1:3-5).

. . . eternal life is available to all who believe and receive Jesus as Lord and Savior (John 1:12, 3:16).

. . . the Church is the body of Christ on earth (Ephesians 4:1-16).

. . . baptism is the immersion in water of a repentant believer for the forgiveness of sins and symbolizes the death, burial and resurrection of Christ as well as our death to sin, burial with Christ and resurrection into new life with Him (Acts 2:38, 8:9-40, 16:13-34; Romans 6:1-11).

. . . in observing the Lord’s Supper (Communion) each Lord’s day (Acts 2:42, 20:7).

. . . the Holy Spirit lives and dwells in the body of the believer (Acts 2:38; I Corinthians 3:16, 6:19-20).

. . . in heaven (Philippians 3:20) and hell (Matthew 10:28; Luke 16:19-31) and a final Judgment (John 5:24-29; Acts 17:30-31; Hebrew 9:27).

. . . that every person has worth as a creation of God (Genesis 1:26-27), but that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23); therefore, all need a Savior (Acts 4:12).

. . . that we, as Ambassadors for Christ, are to connect people with God (II Corinthians 5:17-20).

. . . that Jesus will return again to earth for His people (John 14:1-3; I Thessalonians 4:13-18; Titus 2:13; Revelation 22:20).
